Contact Us About Legal Requests

Legal questions need a clear path, not a generic inbox. Use the channel that matches your request so we can route it to the team that handles terms, privacy, account access or…

Email legal desk Send a written request with your account mobile number, issue date and the exact term or privacy matter you want us to check. We reply with the next action or any document we need.
Chat handoff Start in chat when your question concerns locked access, name mismatch or a payment reference tied to a legal check. The agent records the issue and moves it to the correct desk.
Document upload Use the upload path only after we ask for a file. Clear images, matching names and current dates reduce back-and-forth when we assess identity, account ownership or withdrawal eligibility.
DATA RIGHTS

Account Data, Cookies and Retention

Your account data moves through several legal controls before it is used for service, security or payment records.

Data use

We use your name, mobile number, device signal and account activity to run legal checks, protect access and maintain accurate records. We do not ask for your UPI PIN, Paytm password or PhonePe login.

Cookie choices

Cookies help remember language, session status and consent choices. You can change browser settings at any time, though some account pages may ask you to log in again after cookies are cleared.

Account security

Login alerts, device checks and password resets help confirm that access comes from you. If we see unusual activity, we may pause a withdrawal and ask for extra verification before releasing it.

Retention periods

Different records have different legal life cycles. Payment references, identity files, chat transcripts and fraud-prevention logs may be kept while a duty, dispute or audit reason remains active under applicable law.

Your requests

You can ask us to correct spelling errors, update contact details or provide a copy of account data linked to you. We may verify your identity before acting on the request.

Term changes

When legal wording changes, we publish the revised terms in the account area and apply them from the stated date. Major changes may also be sent through email, SMS or in-account messages.

Legal Questions Before You Join

Before you join, the legal terms explain how access, identity checks, records and requests work. Read them with the same care you give to a UPI approval screen: the words shape what we can do, what you can ask for, and when we may need proof. The answers below focus on India account use, local-law availability, privacy rights, cookies and contact routes.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If your location, age status, identity record or payment route cannot be verified, we may decline or restrict account access.

We collect account details such as name, mobile number, login records, device signals, KYC files, wallet entries and support messages. Each category links to account access, legal duties, security checks or dispute handling.

UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay references help match your wallet ledger with bank or app records. We retain relevant transaction IDs, timestamps and name-match results when needed for audit, dispute or legal duties.

You can ask us to correct inaccurate data, receive a copy, or remove certain records where law allows. Some records, such as transaction references or identity checks, may need retention for legal reasons.

We may ask for documents when account ownership, identity, payment name matching or withdrawal eligibility needs checking. We request only the files needed for that check and tell you how to upload them safely.

Cookies support login sessions, consent choices and language settings. You can clear or block them in your browser, but some account areas may require a fresh login or repeated consent selection.

Send legal complaints through the email or chat route shown on this page. Include dates, account mobile number and relevant payment reference, so our legal desk can assess the matter accurately.
